Return And Refund Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, hygiene and safety regulations mean we can only accept returns for unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging.

Return Conditions:

1. Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
2. Products must be in original condition and unopened.
3. We cannot accept returns for any used items.

Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
